Q9 How old should my child be before they can wear contact lenses?
Ask this question to 10 optometrists and you would get 10 different answers. We understand that you know your child better than we do and know how diligent they will be in the care and wearing schedule of the contact lenses. The needs of the child should also be considered. A budding child football star or tennis player may not develop if they have to play without corrected vision.

We have invested in high quality equipment, and as well as ordinary frames we also carry designer ranges.
With a background of dispensing optics we have good knowledge of specialised lenses to suit individual needs.
We have a return rate of 80% with our customers, in an industry where 40% is considered good.
We have a workshop on site so we can control the quality of work.
We allow half hour appointments for both NHS and private eye examinations to provide a one to one service.
